Our mission statement expresses our desire to encourage one another to follow Jesus Christ and invite others to him. Another translation for "encourage" is "to be called alongside." As we walk alongside those in our congregation, community, and far away mission field, there are many ways to support our ministry.

If you are interested in serving in one of our ministries or would like more information, contact us. We would love to hear from you!

Service Opportunities

Worship Coordinator:
Serve to organize and manage all the logistics for the Sunday worship service. Coordinate the various ministries participating in the Sunday service to ensure that everyone is equipped and ready to lead the congregation into a time of undistracted worship.

Welcoming:
Serve by being the welcoming face of the church as you greet and assist people on Sunday. Be a source of information for visitors and assist in getting people connected. Serve as a greeter or help with offertory collections or with attendance tracking.

Scripture Reading:
Serve by speaking the Word of God to the congregation, so that the whole body hears together.

Praise Team:
Serve by leading worship through praise, utilizing both full band and acoustic sets. Use your musical talents to usher people into the presence of God each week.

Choir:
Serve by making a joyful noise to the Lord. Sing the benediction (a capella) at the end of every service and help lead the congregation in the singing of the closing hymn.

Communion:
Serve by setting the table for our weekly communion service. Prepare the communion elements that include wine, juice and bread. Clean up the table after service.

Sound and Media:
Serve by mixing sound, audio and engineer sound quality for speaking individuals, acoustic guitar sets, and full band sets. Create and handle powerpoint slides for worship
and other visual images during Sunday service.

Program Management:
Serve in organizing retreats, picnics, and other special events throughout the year.

Communications:
Serve by posting on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, keeping the congregation informed through e-mails, website, and the Wednesday's Word.
