Worship Coordinator:
Serve to organize and manage all the logistics for the Sunday worship service. Coordinate the various ministries participating in the Sunday service to ensure that everyone is equipped and on the same page to lead the congregation into a time of undistracted worship.
Welcoming:
Serve by being the welcoming face of the church as you greet and assist people on Sunday. Be a source of information for visitors and assist in getting people connected. Serve as a greeter or help with offertory collections or with attendance tracking.
Scripture Reading:
Serve by speaking the Word of God to the congregation, so that the whole body hears together.
Praise Team:
Serve by leading worship through praise, utilizing both full band and acoustic sets. Use your musical talents to usher people into the presence of God each week.
Graceway Ensemble of Music:
Serve by offering an occasional special offertory with other musicians, especially for the holidays (Easter and Christmas).
Choir:
Serve by making a joyful noise to the Lord. Sing the benediction (a capella) at the end of every service and help lead the congregation in the singing of the closing hymn.
Communion:
Serve by setting up the table for our weekly communion service. Bring wine, juice, or bread; you can also help in preparing and cleaning up each Sunday morning.
Soundboard (Music):
Serve by mixing sound audio and engineering sound quality for speaking individuals, acoustic guitar sets, and full band sets.
Media:
Serve by projecting song lyrics, announcements, and other visual images during Sunday service.
Program Management:
Serve in organizing retreats, picnics, and other special events throughout the year.
Sports Ministry:
Serve in building up the body of Christ through sporting activities, such as our annual bowling tournament, golf outing, and more, both within our own congregation and with others.
